open emelfm and go to your home folder and press the H on the emelfm, it should show them.
Or you can open xterm and cd to your home directory and write: beaver .xinitrc  it should open the file.

Any idea how to view them?

To view hidden files (files that start with . ) via CLI (Commond Line Interface):
ls -a

ls -al if you are using Aterm.  If you are using emelFM then click the H in the top left corner to show hidden files.

more generally speaking:  The  -a in ls -al shows hidden files,  (i.e. -a shows all files, even those starting with a period).  I also always use the -l switch too to provide additional information about each file, although ls -a would work just fine too.

I tried to mount cd, but it says "error: medium not found". I wrote this "mount -t iso9660 -r /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom" to console, but same error. What´s the problem?

And how can i save my settings? I don´t understand Dillo´s instruction. What i have to write to "i don´t-remember the-file-name"? Any example? It is really annoying, because if i download some Firefox-plugins and reboot the computer, they´re gone.
