what version of dsl did you use ?

mine dsont seam to indenify the network port on my capio

Umm, now using 4.0 ( really - answering from the DSC at the very moment )
But i had no problem getting the card recognized. Although maybe it helps that I load a packet driver in DOS - it initializes the port.

UPGRADE KITS for DOC systems.
Still available ( and due to falling euro somehat cheaper)
- Capio upgrade kits - max 2 per address

DOC upgrade (sidegrade) to bootable DOS/Loadlin for linux system + added some more nice DOS software
(SPECTRA MS-dos GUI, Arachne etc) .
+ 64MB SODIMM

cost including worldwide shipping: 15 euro's, 19 USD, 13 UKP paypalled. PM me if interested.

conditions: Send in your DOC, pay(pal) after confirmation of receipt of DOC, wait a week for bubble envelope letter.

actions:  take off powercord, double check NO power cord ??? ,

Put in newly received DOC and SO-DIMM
(if not fitting, slightly bend metal at sodimm side 1mm upwards, and put in sodimm) , presto, a DSC-II.

Close cover, Plug in USB stick with latest DSL
(does not need to be a bootable USB stick, just KNOPPIX/knoppix on it).
