when i booted  it(4.4.10) with my thinkpad r61,it works fine,but does not recognise the netcard - intel 82566MM,the lspci and lsmod and modprobe output here, help me please:

There have been updates to that driver in 2.4.35 at least. You might have to compile a new kernel; the latest is 2.4.37.

Before that, please also post the e1000 lines of dmesg, after doing the modprobe:

sudo modprobe e1000
dmesg | grep e1000
