Well i finally got dsl running and i tried playing a cd and it plays but i dont hear any sound...i tried the insmod sb command but it said it failed so i dont know what to do.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Find out what sound chipset it has in it ..

( or, look in windows -> control panel >  system ..if you have it installed )

Then search the forums for that chipset name to
get some info on others who have worked with it in DSL.
