Hello,
I've just installed a DSL on a p233 laptop. It has a compatible soundblaster card inside. However when i launch xmms, it says me that I should verify that the network card is well plugged and the good driver selected.
I tried to install alsa, however as I'm booting on a dsl installed on my hardrive, i cannot pass (as far as I know) the dsl alsa parameters.
If I launch alsaconf as root it says that /var/tmp/alsaconf.cards no such file or directory 
Do you know a way to handle that ?
