That would be in the extension dsl-dpkg and not in the base iso.
So it would appear that that extension would need to be updated.

/etc/ndiswrapper/ is typically used to store Windows drivers
In DSL we typically specify the full path to the Windows driver by using the -i option and therefore we don't need to copy an existing driver and/or add an etc/ndisrwapper to the .filetool.lst.
