Ever downloaded a package only to have "missing file" errors come up. Try downloading the new thunderbird 7. If no myDSL packages are loaded its a good bet it wont work.
Why?
Here now are the culprets for many a "missing package" :

Which programs?
libAtk
libGlib
libGTK2
libPango
libXcursor
libXrander
libXft
Xchat, Thunderbird and other will complain if they are not there.
I have created a DSL to aleviate these problems.
It is 2mb large in compressed DSL form. OUCH!
Email me if you want it but i will try to get it in the respository.
