Finally i got it work
add these lines to aliases and actions

/etc/modutils/aliases
alias char-major-14 opl3sa2
alias sound-slot-0 opl3sa2
options opl3sa2 io=0x538 mss_io=0x530 mpu_io=0x330 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0
options opl3 io=0x388

/etc/modutils/actions:
pre-install opl3sa2 modprobe -k ad1848
post-install opl3sa2 modprobe -k opl3

then type modprobe opl3sa2 io=0x538 mss_io=0x530 mpu_io=0x330 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0
Another question is How do I make kernel load this modules automatically without type modprobe every time when i boot?

I have an old Acer 370PCX laptop and I think i have the same sound card as yours but I still can't get it to work yet. My question is where did you get the opl3sa2 driver?  I don't think it is included in the DSL.  Thanks.

The driver is included in DSL.
You need to change the irq and dma setting by look in the bios setting.

Did you try just using 'modprobe opl3sa2'  ??  That's what i did as root and it worked.  I didn't put any other setting.
