Hello,

I am trying to recover an old laptop for a friend, as a WIFI desktop to browse the web.
DSL was not sufficient, but DSL-N seems more adequate with its kernel 2.6, more peripheral recognition (for the WIFI card SMC 'EZ ConnectG' SMC2802W) and less limitation at the browser side !

But I cannot boot from the CD (too old BIOS).

Is it possible to find a bootfloppy.img dedicated to this interesting clone of DSL ?

Thanks in advance,
Alain

Google for "Smart Boot Manager" and use it to create a floppy disk and see if you can use it to boot up DSL-N.
