Hi,

I'm new to DSL and I'm having trouble running DSL-N Embedded.

I'm trying to run DSL-N Embedded on a external Maxtor USB Hard drive 100GB. I have partitioned the hard drive into 3 partitions each about 30GB in FAT32 format. Each of these are primary partitions.

I have then decompressed DSL-N Embedded onto one of these partitioned sections to run the program in windows XP. I seem to be able to get to the DSL-N boot screen but then when I run dsl it seems to try to run qemu but crashes for some reason.

I thought it might be how the hard drive was formatted so I tried added a smaller 1GB partition formatted to FAT in windows but the same thing seemed to happen.

I'm not really sure how to solve this problem if anyone has any ideas could you please let me know. I have tried searching on this forum and the DSL forum but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. Thanks again.
