Hi,

Wondered if I should try DSLN on my old Siemens Lifebook?

err

500mhz Cpu (intel)
128MB ram
40 GB hd
Cdrom ...
Wireless Belkin card (Broadcom!)
one usb port

For the old Lappy, I suggest you to use DSL-2.1b (kernel 2.4.31) in [url]http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/damnsmall/archive/[/url]
DSL is designed for the old hardware and it is smaller than DSL-N. I'm using DSL-2.1b on my Lappy also.
