Anonymous users (that is, IP addresses) that have been used for spamming the wiki.
These IP addresses may get blocked for a period of time by an administrator or moderator. However, since spam seems to come from constantly new IP addresses, this may be of limited effect, and a more effective CAPTCHA would perhaps be a preferable spam fighting tool (assuming the spam posts are indeed made through bots).
