Hello!
I just installed DSL on a Compaq Deskpro 2000 with 16 MB ram (debian install).  I'm having trouble getting the sound to work.    Any suggestions welcome (console step instructions greatly appreciated)  .  

Its a soundblaster 16 wave effects sound card.  I do have a very limited X environment running (amazing!)

Unfortunately, the sound card is not being detected, but we tried!

I'm just really amazed to have DSL running on this old thing, with X even.  AMAZING!
