I would like to see the following put back into the distro.

/sbin/portmap
/sbin/rpc.statd
/sbin/rpc.lockd

mkdir /var/lib/nfs

That way one will be able to use the mount command on NFS exported drives, i.e., an app server.

Each time a new release comes out I have to add these back in and remaster.

I hope you will consider this request as it really does make dsl a great thin client.

Roberts, I added the packages for the upcoming release, would you be interested in doing some pre-release testing?
