System :: gcc1-with-libs sqlite3

DSL has sqlite3 installed into /usr/local/*
Gcc1-with-libs header and static libs are sqlite (as opposed to sqlite3), and are installed in /usr/* and the /usr/lib/libsqlite.la in gcc1 points to non-existant files in /usr/lib
