I have find on http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=151527 the solutions:

# xset s on
# xset s noblank
# xset s 180

Now  after 180 seconds i see a "big black X" on gray screen, it is correct ?

Yes, because you typed the "noblank". It will show the X logo, but with "blank" it will just show a black screen.
Black screen (blank mode) doesn't work.

I have try:
# xset s on
# xset s blank
# xset s 5

I have find on an internet site: The 'blank' flag sets the preference to blank the video (if the hardware can do so) rather than display a background pattern, while 'noblank' sets the preference to display a pattern rather than blank the video.

There is an hardware problem...
