DSL Embedded :: take focus away

I absolutly love this. The only thing is, is there a way that I can get my mouse back from out of the box to access windows desktop? See I like to run it at work but if I need to get back to windows I have to shut it off. There has to be a way. Thanks

Look in the title bar of host window. Ctrl+Alt
