myDSL Extensions (deprecated) :: New dsl-dpkg.dsl and gnu-utils.dsl files

I have uploaded a new dsl-dpkg.dsl file.
Also, a new gnu-utils.dsl file.

In the main repository area...
Same filenames as before, updated .info files.

If you use these, redownloading is suggested.

Removed unnecessary lines in the tars.
Verified permissions...
These were probably safe to use before the revision.
This should make them safer for HDinstalls.
