Printers :: CUPS password on livecd

What are the password/user combination for CUPS on LiveCD? CUPS inherits the passwords and users during normal setup. What happens when there is no root account because DSL hasn't been installed yet?

When using the liveCD or frugal type installations at the the f2 and f3 screens. "secure" is the boot option to set passwords.
