Other Help Topics :: keyboard works for only short period of time

When I boot from DSL 1.5 from USB on my HP Pavilion ze2000z notebook, I can only type for a minute or so before my keys stop working. Not sure what the problem could be...any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks
