Other Help Topics :: Driver Installation Nightmares...

Hello -
I have an intel cerleron 700Mhz, 128MB Ram, 20Gig HDD, box that I
am trying to use DSL 1.4 on.

I have WinXP installed on the HDD, so I just want to run a LiveCD
of DSL for now.

My modem is a Lucent Winmodem. It will not work w/ DSL. So I downloaded some drivers for it (ltmodem 8.26a.tar.gz).

So my question is...now that I have the drivers, how do I install them? I saved them to floppy from w/in XP and then rebooted to DSL. But DSL will not see these files on the floppy.
