Search the forums for the term "frugal" or "network install"

I'm not sure if you understood me.
The Notebook has no, network adapter.
It has only a rs232-port and a floppy drive.

You can try to install DSL via floppy disks. It's a pain in the butt, but it works for some people here:

One fairly simple solution is to install the notebook's hard drive in the other computer (there are 2.5" to 3.5" hard drive adapters for this purpose.)
Then, you simply boot up the DSL CD and install to the notebook's drive. Add whatever packages you want, then put the drive back in the notebook.
Remember, unlike Windows, drastic hardware changes rarely ever require a total reinstall of a Knoppix-based Linux like DSL.
