Other Help Topics :: Making DSL even smaller?

Anyone have any decent guidelines on how to make DSL even smaller??

I'd like to strip it down enough so that all it does is boot straight into XMMS with enough drivers for a few laptops (IBM, Dell) and a hacked Compaq IA1/IA2.
