One question : Have I to uncompress ".dsl" before install or install from ".dsl".

If you place your *.dsl files in the top level directory of your boot device, they will automatically install upon bootup.

However, you can also install after bootup, provided that you do the following:

boot with:

dsl alsa

and later on in your session, open up emelfm file manager and highlight the first required *.dsl extension (gnu-utils.dsl).
Then push the myDSL button and wait for your screen to flicker when the install is complete.
Then repeat for the second required *.dsl extension (dsl-dpkg.dsl).
Finally, install the alsadebs.dsl extension using the same method.
Then use the Right-Click menu on the desktop and choose "Install ALSA" from the myDSL menu.
