Everything is neatly categorized, so dosfstools would probably be in <your guess here>.
Use emelfm to find the file after downloading, highlight the file, and press the mydsl button to install.

Now my next question, why can I mount the FAT formatted floppy disk but not the EXT2 formatted floppy disk???
