Fluxbox styles can be obtained in various places, including the mydsl repository:

Transparency is mostly dependent on the application. Fluxbox stable doesn't have it, and as far as i know there are no transparent applications included with DSL.
Any console apps can have transparency using aterm, and transparency for menu, toolbar, slit, and window decorations can be acheived with the fluxbox-dev extension
