Other Help Topics :: Preparing USB-stick

Can someone please explain me how to create such a USB-stick with DSL on it? I've got a 64Mb stick here, and I'm running WinXP Home.
Wich files do I have to copy onto this stick, and where do I get them?
Or is there some kind of installer out there?
