Other Help Topics :: Newb: Copy & Paste in shell

Okay, I have a huge error I need to ask about. But I cannot copy and paste out of the shell. Shift+ctrl+c, ctrl+c, left click, no luck. I am tearing my hair out over such a simple problem!

Mark it with the left mouse button, then use the middle button to paste. This usually works.

I was wondering the same thing. What if you have a two button mouse?

In that case, try Shift+Insert to paste

I don't have a three button mouse. And neither of those posts tell me how to copy out of the shell.
