I have a Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0 which works quite well under DSL.

It is equipped with a 4 directional scroll wheel, and it was quite easy to get it working for vertical scrolling. However, I have not been able to find any clues on how to enable horizontal scrolling.

Anyone got this working or have any ideas on what I might try?

My guess is that this is impossible with the DSL tinyX/KDrive/freedesktop.org X Window servers.

It might be possible with XFree86 but I don't know.
