im totally new in Linux/DSl and i cant get any icons on my desktop ^^
would be nice if someone could help me ;)

Please supply details. What are the steps you are taking?
Are you installing to a computer? What kind?

i installed DSL to my HD and everything works fine...

i diddnt took any steps yet...what i wanted to know was how i can get icons of programms on my desktop (eg teamspeak server)

You need to add them yourself. If you have a teamspeak icon, put it in /home/dsl/.xtdesktop (that's a hidden directory). Then open up the icon tool and add your new icon to the mix with an appropriate command and label.
