I have been trying to install another http server (sambar server)to run on dsl, seems to install well but cant start it.
log file say port 80 is in use by another app cant bind.
nmap shows it closed
monkey starts and stops ok on port 80
ok so I may be lame when it comes to linux but i will learn!
the search offered no help
what m i missing besides brains
Maybe I'm going about this wrong, how do i find what is running and how do i stop it.
when i excute sambar my log shows this:
