Hey folks, we need some help with extension testing. We need to know what in the current or testing MyDSL repository works with DSL-N. If you have used an extension and it worked without a glitch please post it here.

We will be building a new repository for DSL-N with only the extensions which have been verified to work.

Thanks for you help!

Works:

firefox-1.5.0.4.uci
firefox-1.5.0.4.tar.gz
nmap-4.03.uci
hydra-5.2.uci
john-1.7.0.2.tar.gz
gnu-utils.dsl
tor.dsl
amule-gtk2-2.1.3.dsl

Doesn't work:

gv.dsl (complains about lack of gs)
dsl-dpkg.dsl (requires more than 1 Meg in /var)

Tested these in DSL 01RC2:

firefox-1.5.0.4.uci: works, use regularly
gnu-utils.dsl: works, use regularly
samba.unc: works, thoroughly tested
dsl-dpkg.dsl: works -- seems to work, I haven't tested it thoroughly

Does not work:

gnu-utils.unc: multiple failures. commands not found. perverts /opt directory. cannot be unloaded.
