I have a 256MB CF card

What is the right files for a copy of DSL-N and how do i install it.

I'm new to DSL-N as well and no guru in linux but this is what I did.

Go to the DSL-N web page, select download and select one of the mirror sites. I used the following:
Also, download the md5 sum file to a text file so you can verify it when you burn the cd.

If you are new to linux, you are probably going to try to burn the CD in windows, which may cause some problems for you. Windows CD burning apps don't usually support the iso format. I believe you can find some info on that in the Knoppix and/or Kanotix Wikis on-line. I don't recall the details. You have to burn the disk in "disk at once" mode and how to do that varies with burner software. If you have access to a linux box, any of the linux burners will work.

I've seen feedback that says that you don't want to try to burn isos at high speed. 8x works fine for me.

Good Luck,

Paul
