Read the "Getting Started" guide. Control Panel->Help
The answer depends on the install method and boot media.

I just did a frugal install to my harddisk, and there is no "Getting Stated" guide
in the page of SeaMonkey that the ControlPanel starts. Perhaps worse, it is a DSL help page, not a DSL-N page. From the top, the link to "the DSL site" is to the main DSL, not DSL-N

the manual way to get the help page is to go to the control panel. Then click help.
